Powered by the air-oil cooled parallel 650 Twin, the Interceptor is a trove of ’60s design staples with its 7″ headlight, twin clock front and quilted twin seat. The narrow teardrop tank is slapped with a classic badge and topped with a Monza-style fuel cap. A dual cradle frame with a rear loop makes up the core, by way of a nod to the original Interceptor.  It marks the return of one of Royal Enfield’s most loved classic motorcycles. Hailing from a time when all that mattered was that the California sun was out and the surf was up, the new INT650 retains every bit of charm that made it a legend. Inspired by the Fuzzy Biker himself, we decided to build the ultimate backroads adventure Interceptor.  Using a stock Sunset Strip as the base, we added an AEW 2-into-1 full exhaust system, front fender raising kit, Royal Enfield’s compact black engine guards, handlebar brace bar pad, Bark Busters Storm hand guards, a single Daytona speedometer, Enfield Precision bar risers, bar end mirrors, a Hedgehog aluminum fly screen, YSS rear shocks, Motone “Giger” headlight brackets, Trip Machine grip wrap and black leather tank straps with Burly Brand tool bag and tail pack, 5.75″ LED scrambler headlight, Bon Vent scrambler tail light, a black leather Skin Shift pannier, and shod it all with Shinko 705 tires.  Riding Pure has never been so fun!
